Rental Security & Delivery Policy.

_{For the protection of our rental equipment, strict security and delivery procedures apply to ALL Vestrocorp machine rentals.}

• Delivery & Collection: All rental machines must be delivered and collected by authorised Vestrocorp personnel. Customer collections are not permitted.
• Business Verification: Before any equipment is offloaded, our staff must verify the customer's business details and inspect the delivery premises.
• Security Inspection: Should the premises, business information or circumstances raise security concerns, the equipment will NOT be offloaded.
• Management Approval: Any suspicious or unverified delivery must be reported to Vestrocorp management. Equipment may only be offloaded once management has authorised the delivery.
• Rental Charges: Delivery, collection and operator training are charged separately from the advertised rental rates.

IMPORTANT: Vestrocorp reserves the right to refuse or cancel any rental where our security and verification requirements are not satisfactorily met. These conditions apply to all daily, weekly and long-term machine rentals.
