You pay only the direct return cost. Legal exceptions may apply. Eligible refunds are made within 30 days of cancellation.
2. FAULTY OR INCORRECT GOODS Where the Consumer Protection Act applies, qualifying defective goods may be returned within 6 months of delivery at our expense.
You may choose a repair, replacement or refund as provided by law.
Incorrect items supplied by us will be corrected at no charge.
